A late 18th century Directoire period commode of good colour and proportion, the shaped marble top above threre short and two long drawers each decorated with line and chequer inlay surrounding finely grained walnut panels, the sides similarly decorated, the whole raised on round tapered lelgs terminating in original brass sabeaux.
